摘  要:提出采用大功率IGBT设计变极性脉冲MIG焊双逆变弧焊电源。弧焊电源由一次逆变电路、二次逆变电路等构成,双逆变弧焊电源由80C196KC单片机控制。一次逆变整流输出正极性端和负极性端,双极性输出端的电压电流静态特性与动态特性完全相同;二次逆变电路由2只IGBT构成,二次逆变输出变极性电流电压给MIG焊接电弧提供能量。单片机协调控制变极性脉冲MIG焊的脉冲电流及电弧极性、电弧电压及熔滴过渡频率,实现了稳定的焊接过程。The high-power IGBTs are adopted to design the dual inverter arc-welding power source for variable polarity pulse MIG welding.Arc welding power source is composed of primary inversion circuit, secondary inversion circuit etc.Dual inverter arc welding power is controlled by 80C 196KC.Primary inverter rectifier outputes positive polarity end and negative polarity end.In bipolar output end,voltage's and current's static characteristic are completely identical with associated dynamic characteristic respectively.Secondary inverter circuit is composed of two IGBT in order to output variable polarity current and voltage to supply the needed energy for MIG welding.Pulse current,arc polarity,arc voltage and metal transfer of variable polarity pulse MIG welding are controlled by 80C196KC coordinately to implement the stable welding procedure.
