摘　　要：本文对所设计的０．０３Ｃ－４．５Ｓｉ－１４Ｃｒ－８Ｎｉ（ＤＬＮＧＧ）双相铸造不锈钢进行了组织和耐蚀性研究。试验结果表明，该钢经１０５０℃１．５ｈ水冷固溶处理后，得到铁素体－奥氏体双相组织，在浓硫酸介质中有良好的耐蚀性能。The microstructure and corrosion resistance of a new designed 0.03C-4.5Si-14Cr-8Ni ferrite-austenite dual phase casting stainless steel (DLNGG) was developed. The test results show that the ferrite-austenite dualphase structure of steel was obtained after solution treatment at 1050℃ for 1.5h water cooled, and the castingsteel solution-treated had excellent corrosion resistance in concentrate sulphuric acid.
