摘 要:本文报导了盆栽碱茅草刈割后再生对土壤含盐量的反应和植物再生的耐盐限度。植物再生量与表土层含盐量呈强负相关(r=-0.84),与表土层含水量呈弱正相关(r=0.25)。在盆栽情况下,碱茅再生的耐盐限度为2.42%,远比种子萌发的临界含盐量高。本文初次揭示了碱茅草茎叶具有泌盐的功能;揭示了碱茅草耐盐的一些机制,如细胞质的浓缩和可溶性糖分的积累等。本文还报导了碱茅草植被和土表复盖对土壤结构及土壤盐分垂直分布的影响。This paper reported response of Puccinellia regrowth to soil salinity and salt tolerance limit of the plant. Regrowth has a strong negative correlation with soil surface salinity (r=0.84) and a weak positive correlation with top soil water content (r=0.25). Salt tolerance limit for regrowth is 2.42% of soil salt content, higher than the critical salinity level for seed germination. It has revealed that Puccinellia can secrete salt from its leaves and stems. It has discovered some mechanism of salt tolerance of the plant, such as increased concentration of cell solute and accumulation of soluble sugar. The impact of the Puccinellia vegetation and soil covering on soil structure and salt vertical distribution pattern is also discussed.
