摘  要:选用直接菊黄G染料,研究了竹纤维染色热力学的几个参数,作出了竹纤维的吸附等温线,测得了竹纤维的有效吸附体积,计算了染色亲和力、染色热和染色熵,并与棉纤维和粘胶纤维作了对比.验证了竹纤维、粘胶纤维的吸附等温线类似,对染料的吸附均符合弗莱因德利胥经验方程式;实验结果与文献所求得的棉和粘胶纤维的数值非常接近.研究结果表明,用直接菊黄G在同一温度下染色,竹纤维的染色亲和力、染色热和染色熵都比棉和粘胶纤维要高.Direct Dye Yellow G was used to study some parameters in dyeing thermodynamics of bamboo fibers. The adsorption isotherm of the bamboo fibers was plotted, their effective adsorption volume was detd., their dyeing affinity, heat and entropy were calculated, and the data were compared with those of cotton and rayon fibers. It was verified that the isotherm of bamboo fibers was similar to that of rayon fibers, and the dye adsorption of both fibers accorded with Freundlich equation. The test results of cotton and rayon fibers were close to literature values. The results showed that bamboo fibers had much higher dye affinity, dyeing heat and dyeing entropy than cotton and rayon fibers when dyed with Direct Dye Yellow G at same temps.
