广东南北生态区金银花绿原酸含量比较

摘　　要：对广东北部(韶关)和南部(广州番禺)两个不同生态区的金银花花蕾和叶片绿原酸含量进行测定,结果表明:金银花花蕾中的绿原酸含量地区间存在显著差异,北部的金银花绿原酸含量高于南部;叶片中的绿原酸含量地区间差异不显著,没有明显的地域特征。The measured content of chlorogenic acid in flower and leaf of Flos lonicerae （Lonicerae confusa DC. ） from two ecological regions, the north of Guangdong province （Shaoguan） and the south of Guangdong province （Panyu）, showed that the difference of chlorogenic acid content in flower of Flos lonicerae was significant between Shaoguan and Panyu, and the chlorogenic acid content was more in Flos lonicerae from shaoguan than that from panyu. The difference of chlorogenic acid content in leaf of Flos lonicerae was not significant between Shaoguan and Panyu.
