摘　　要：对国内外优势农业企业发展情况包括国内优势农业企业的现状、存在问题以及国外优势农业企业的组织形式与跨国经营等进行了概述,并对国内外的农业标准化问题进行了探讨。The development of domestic and overseas advantageous agricultural eorporations was summarized in this article. The eontent primarily eontained the status and problems of domestic advantageous agricultural enterprises, the organization and multinational management of foreign advantageous agricultural eorporations. Besides, the agricultural standardization home and abroad was discussed.
