摘　　要：通过对BREW(Binary Run Environment Wireless,无线二进制运行环境)平台体系结构的研究,探讨在BREW开放式平台上开发BREW体系的功能应用。特别对发送短信的功能做了开发性地研究,并做出一套切实可行的方案。为达到由BREW应用程序向导来管理各项目的设置,确保BREW能够找到应用程序的.dll文件,制定出为BREW Emulator.exe提供路径的有效步骤。在Windows Xp下利用Microsoft Visual C++6.0和BREW SDK1.1搭建应用程序开发环境,给出利用BREW的ITAPI SendSMS()函数来发送中/英文短消息的一种方法,以一个发送短信的范例作为结论。Through research of structure of BREW（Binary Run Environment Wireless） platform,the essay discusses deve. lopment of the function and application of BREW on the open BREW platform, especially devells on the functional development of sending short messages and works out a set of effective and workable programmes. Several effective steps are provided for the BREW _ Emulator. exe to ensure that BREW＇s applied programmes can administrate each project device and find the. dll documents of the applied programmes. Under windows by using Microsoft Visual C^＋＋ 6.0 and BREW,the way of sending out common Chinese messages by ITAPI - send SMS（ ）function is realized. The essay is concluded by the illustration of an exam- ple about sending a short message.
