背景音乐在甲状腺手术中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨背景音乐在甲状腺手术中的应用效果。[方法]随机选择50例术中采用背景音乐的甲状腺瘤病人为音乐组,44例采用常规手术的甲状腺瘤病人为常规组,观察术前和术中血压、心率变化;术中不良反应发生率及疼痛程度。[结果]音乐组病人术中血压、心率波动幅度小,术中不良反应发生率较低,疼痛程度减轻,与常规组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]背景音乐用于甲状腺手术中可降低病人术中不良反应发生率,减轻病人术中疼痛。Objective： To probe into the effect of background music for patients undergoing thyroid gland operation. Methods： A total of 50 cases of thyroid adenoma as test group were selected and given background music during operation randomly. Another 44 cases of thyroid adenoma as control group underwent conventional operation. Indexes including changes of blood pressure and heart rate, incidence of adverse effect during operation and pain degree of all cases before and during operation were observed. Results： The fluctuation extent of both blood pressure and heart rate of test group patients during operation was small and incidence of adverse reactions during operation was lower and pain degree of them was lightened. There was statistical significance compared to that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Background music for thyroid adenoma patients during operation can lower the incidence of adverse reaction and lighten the pain degree of them.
