摘 要:炭浆法提金工艺中存在着跑炭失金问题,本文研究了原矿和尾矿的碳含量变化,并由此直接得出操作回路中的炭耗。测得结果表明,在正常炭浆法生产中,炭耗值往往超过100g/t指标,而达到120~210g/t,这部分碳仅占矿浆量的万分之几,又磨的较细,其中近半粒度小于325目,人们不易觉察,但随碎炭流失金的数量却相当可观.There exists the problem of carbon run-off and gold loss in the gold extraction by CIPprocess.In uns paper,the change of carbon content of ore pulp (from head to tail) is studied and thecarbon consumptions in the operating circuit are ascertained.the result gained from determinationshows that the carbon consumption in conventional production by CIP process is often more than100g/t reaching to 120 ̄210g/t.The consumed part of carbon are not liable to be sensed,becausethey only account for a few ten thousandths and the grain size of nearly half of them are smaller than325 mesh.As a result,the gold eroded along with the carbon of being washed away are considerable.
