摘  要:研究了用钼酸盐和丁基罗丹明B(BRB)比色测定实际样品中的钌。离子缔合物的最大吸收位于570nm,摩尔吸光度ε值为1.01×106L·mol-1·。cm-1.桑德尔灵敏度0.11ngcm-2.遵守比耳定律范围0~1.4μg/25ml,测定极限3.3ng/ml(m=8),标准偏差8.3×10-4~8.7×10-3,相对标准偏差0.8%~3.3%。考察了43种共存离子的容许量。本法已用于某些岩矿和冶金产品中钌的测定。A new reaction between ruthenium (Ⅲ ) and molyodate and butylrhodamine B(BRB) has been investigated for the colorimetric determination of ruthenium in actual samples. The ion associate complex absorbs at 570nm with a molar absorptivity of 1.01×106 L·mol-1·cm-1 and a Sandell's sensitivity of 0. 11 ng·cm-2. Beer's law is valid at 0 -1. 4 ug/25ml for ruthenium. The detection limit was 3. 3ng/ml (n=8). The standard deviation are 8. 3×10-4-8.7×10--3. The relative standard deviation was in the range of 0. 8%-3.3%. Tolerance limits for 43 foreign ions were tested. Large quantities of other common metals were tolerated. The method is feasible for deterndnation of ruthenium in some ores and metallurgical products.
