摘　　要：分析了政府决策支持系统的建设意义和国内外研究现状,结合山西省科技条件平台中政府决策支持系统的建设,给出了基于山西省科技基础条件平台的政府决策支持系统的总体结构和技术方案,对实现政府决策的科学化具有指导作用。This paper analyses the Significance and the domestic and foreign status ofgovemment decision support system, Combining with the development ofgovemment decision support system on the platform ofscience and technology condition in Shanxiprovince, this paperputs forward the whole structure and technologic methods, which can guide and help the governments to make decision scientifically.
