摘　　要：动物福利壁垒指的是一国通过设置对待动物的种种福利要求和标准,使得外国产品无法进口或进口受到严格的限制。目前,越来越多的发达国家已经开始运用动物福利条款对国际贸易施加影响。文章对动物福利壁垒的实施特点以及对我国企业产品出口现实和潜在的贸易影响和威胁进行了较为全面地探讨,并在此基础上提出若干对策建议。Animal welfare barrier is that one country puts forward some rules and criterions on treating animals, resulting in limiting imported goods in international trade.Now more and more developed country use this measure to effect international trade.This article mainly discusses the characteristic of animal welfare barrier, the reality and potential effoet and threatening on our product exportation, and brings forward some countermeasures on this problem.
