摘　　要：本钢4号高炉软水密闭特环冷却系统自1992年投入运行以来,至今尚无一块冷却壁破损。实践表明,加强软水的日常管理、保持软水中合适的药剂浓度、稳定水质是确保软水系统长寿的重要手段。None of the codling Staves of No.4 BF at Benxi Iron & Steel Co.has been damaged since they were put into run in 1992 Practice showed that it was important for the long life of closed loop soft water cooling system to strengthen the everyday management of soft water,to keep the suitable chemicals concentration in water and to make the soft water quality stable.
