摘  要:1992年本钢4号高炉大修时在软水冷却系统中采用了空气冷却器。1992年11月空气冷却器投入运行。在1993年5月末由于水温度高而启动引风机的情况下,空冷器进出水温差由原来的1.6~1.8℃提高到2.4~2.6℃。为了节能,采取了将导风筒加高1.3m的改进措施,并取得了年节电777600kWh的效果。Air cooling apparatus was introduced into the soft water cooling system of No.4 BF at Benxi I & S Co.during furnace relining in 1992 The air cooling apparatus was put into operation in November,f 992.A difference in water temperature at inlet and outlet of air cooling apparatus was increased from 1.6-1-8℃ to 2.4-2-6℃ when the drawing fans had to be started because of higher circulation,water temperature at the end of May,1993.In order to save energy,a improvement was made by increasing the height of drawing air pipe by 1.3 m and a energy consumption decrement of 777600 kWh/a was achieved.
