摘　　要：近年来,随着城市体制改革的逐步深入和市场经济的日益完善,黑龙江省城镇居民贫困化问题逐渐演化为一个影响经济发展和社会稳定的严峻问题,文章分析了黑龙江城镇居民贫困化的现状和产生的原因,并提出了缓解城镇贫困的政策建议。In recent yearn, with the deepening of the urban system reform and the development of market economy, the poverty of urban residents in Heilongliang province emerges as a serious problem threatening economic development and social stability. The paper has analyzed the current situation and the reason of urban poverty in Heilongjiang province, as well as has offered the suggestion of alleviating urban poverty.
