摘　　要：首先利用收入、替代效应以及人力资本的风险投资特征分析了农村居民人力资本投资偏少的原因;而后从历史、制度、市场角度分析了农村居民收入增长缓慢的原因;最后利用人力资本投资乘数和加速数阐明了农村居民低收入循环现象的内在决定机制。In recent years, the countryside inhabitants faced a slow growth of income and human capital investment. Taking the city inhabitants as a comparative object, this article first analyzes why countryside inhabitants invest few human capital by using income and substitution effect; then analyzes the reason of slow growth of countryside inhabitants＇ income from the agriculture production way, the difference in price of agricultural and industrial products, the relation between marketing wage and marginal product of labor; Further regarding human capital investment as risky investment, it analyzes why countryside inhabitants invest few human capital; Finally it brings about induced human capital investment, human capital investment multiplier and accelerator, discusses the income-investment reciprocal decision mechanism, thus explains the reason of countryside inhabitants＇ low income circulation phenolenon.
