摘 要:使用温压成形技术制造的粉末冶金斜齿轮耐磨性好.成本低.文中利用有限元法建立了包含齿轮副、传动轴、轴承和箱体的齿轮系统完整的动力学模型,使用有限元分析软件MSC.Nastran计算了在齿轮动态激励下粉末冶金斜齿轮系统的振动响应,并与38CrMoA l刚性齿轮系统进行比较,通过振动试验验证了有限元分析模型,为粉末冶金斜齿轮传动系统的设计奠定了基础.The helical gears manufactured by warm compaction powder metallurgy are of good wearability and low cost. This paper first proposes an integrated dynamic model based on the finite element method, in which the gear pair, the transmission shaft, the bearing and the gearbox are all taken into consideration. By using the finite-element analyzing software MSC. Nastran, the vibration response of the transmission system of powder metallurgy helical gear with dynamic excitation is then calculated, and the results are compared with those of 38CrMoAl gear system. Vibration experiments are finally carried out to verify the correctness of the proposed model. By the abovementioned work, a foundation for the design of transmission system with powder metallurgy helical gears is thus laid.
