摘  要:研究了各种因素对153Sm-HEDTMP(羟乙基乙二胺三甲撑膦酸)在羟基磷灰石(HA)上吸附的影响。结果表明,室温下153Sm-HEDTMP在HA上吸附20 min即可达到平衡,温度对吸附量影响不明显;过量配体会使配合物吸附量降低;吸附量在酸性条件下较高,153Sm3+在HA上的吸附能力最强,饱和吸附容量可达720μmol.g-1;153Sm-HEDTMP饱和吸附容量为61μmol.g-1;Ca2+对吸附有强烈的促进作用。EDTMP和HEDTMP对配合物的解吸率较高;生理盐水的解吸作用不明显。The adsorption behavior of ^153Sm-HEDTMP on HA is investigated. The results show that the adsorption balance reached about 20 minutes and is influenced little by temperature. The excess ligand can reduce adsorption of ^153Sm-HEDTMP on HA. The adsorption quality goes up with the reducing of pH value. For Sm^3+, the quantity adsorption amount is up to 720 μmol · g^-1. The saturable adsorption capacity of ^153Sm-HEDTMP on HA is 61 μmol · g^-1 ,Which is better than that of ^153Sm EDTMP. The possible reason may be attributed to the hydroxyl in HEDTMP forming hydrogen bond with the PO4^3- on the surface of HA. The addition of Ca^2+ intensively promotes the adsorption of the complex on HA. HEDTMP and EDTMP can desorb the adsorbed complex largely, but physiological saline desorbs barely.
