摘 要:目的为了提高室内空气品质,提出新型净化的活性炭-纳米Ti O2复合光催化技术.方法通过模拟空调系统分析了不同条件下复合净化网的净化效率,同时对3种净化装置(复合光催化净化网、Ti O2光催化净化网、活性炭吸附网)在空调系统净化甲醛的净化性能进行了对比分析.结果复合光催化净化网在高风速且污染物质量浓度较低时的净化效率高于其他两种净化网的净化效率近15%,当迎风面风速为高速v=3.5 m/s与低速v=0.8 m/s时,净化效率相差不超过8%.结论同时该净化网对于无机和有机污染物具有较强的吸附氧化能力、较小的空气阻力、在净化过程中无中间副产物生成.以及试现了活性炭的原位再生,延长了净化网的使用周期,比同类净化设备的净化效率提高20%.新型净化技术活性炭-纳米Ti O2复合光催化技术弥补了当前净化技术在实际应用中的不足,提高了净化效率,推动了产品的升级换代.In order to enhance indoor air quality and improve the techniques of purifying presently, the article introduces the new purification technique, active carbon and nano-titanium dioxide photo catalysis technique and does the experiment about purifying indoor air pollutant. The article analyses the purifying capabilities under the condition of different influencing factors by the experiment of purifying formaldehyde in air conditioning system simulated and compares the purifying capabilities of three kinds of purification web applied to air conditioning system, active carbon and nano-titanium dioxide photo catalysis web and active carbon purification web and nano-titanium dioxide photo catalysis purification web. The result shows purification efficiency of the new purification technique is 15 % higher than other two kinds of purification techniques when the air speed is 3 m/s and contaminant concentration is low in air conditioning system. For active carbon and nano-titanium dioxide photo catalysis web, the influence of airflow velocity on purification efficiency is not obvious. The difference of cleaning efficiency is less than 8 % when the airflow is at high or low velocity. And the new purification technique possesses stronger capability of absorption and decomposition on organic and inorganic contaminants and less resistant of airflow and can avoid the producing of new contaminants and realizes the regeneration of active carbon in the same place and prolongs the life-cycle of active carbon. The experiment shows the new purification technique makes up for the disadvantages of present purifying techniques and cleaning efficiency is enhanced about 20 %. It provides the basis to purification techniques applied to air conditioning system.
