摘 要:目的针对变流量空调水系统中末端盘管的热力特性,将调节阀特性与系统的可调节性能和稳定性综合考虑,讨论调节阀特性对系统调节性能的影响,为调节阀的选择提供理论依据.方法根据水系统中盘管热力特性与水流量之间的关系,正确选择调节阀的特性,使调节阀与末端装置组成的系统总的放大系数保持常数.结果得出调节阀影响变流量空调水系统可调节性的因素.结论变流量空调水系统的调节性能主要取决于系统供、回水温差与调节阀的阀权度.为使调节阀在工作环境下具有良好的调节特性,一方面应保证盘管的进出口温差,另一方面还应保证调节阀有足够的阀权度.调节阀的选择应以阀的流通能力为依据,而不应简单地根据管径粗略估选调节阀门.Based on the thermal characteristics of coil in VWV, the study considers regulating characteristics and stability, discusses regulating characteristics of regulating valve for hydraulic system and proposes the selection on regulating valve to variable water system. Based on the thermal characteristics of coil between heat transfer capacity and flow rate in hydraulic system, the study selects the property on regulating valve rightly, makes the general enlargement factor of system which is made up of the regulating valve and coil, maintain the constant. It concludes with the effect on regulating valve to regulating characteristics in variable flow system, and proposes the selection on regulating valve to variable water system. The regulating performance of variable flow water system is decided by supply, back water temperature and valve pressure drop. For the regulating characteristics in variable flow water system, on the one hand the water temperature difference ought to be guaranteed;on the other hand the regulating valve pressure drop is still made enough. The selection of regulating valve ought to be the foundation against the valve circulating capability, but not simply be picked up.
