摘 要:目的将已经停运3个月的升流式厌氧污泥床二次启动,研究了二次启动过程及各个运行参数的影响,为实际应用提供科学方法和实验依据.方法采用动态连续进水,调节适当的pH值、碱度,逐步提高负荷,控制水浴保温35±1℃,研究UASB反应器二次启动过程.结果经过42 d的运行,完成了反应器二次启动,此时COD质量浓度为10 120 mg/L,COD容积负荷达到19.4 kg/(m3.d),COD去除率高达84.7%,沼气产量高达每去除1 kg COD产生0.44 m3.结论控制启动过程中各种运行参数,可以在短期内恢复到最大负荷,完成二次启动过程.The experiment was carried out on the secondary start of Up-flow Anaerobic Sludge Bed reactor, which had been unused for three months. The research had studied this process of the start and the influence of every operational parameter, which would offer scientific approach and experimental basis for practical application. COD concentration was gradually increased under proper PH value and alkalinity, to study the starting process of UASB under meaophilic conditions(35 ± 1℃ ). After 42 d, the secondary start had been completed, with COD mass concentration running up to 10 120 mg/L and COD organic load reaching up to 19.4kg/(m^3· d). The removal rate of COD reached highly up to 84.796, the methane yield was highly 0.44 m^3/kgCOD. By controlling the operational parameter in the starting process, the secondary start would be completed and the reactor would recover to the maximum load in short time.
