摘  要:将聚乙烯醇与四氯化钛在二甲基亚砜和无水乙醇混合溶剂中进行反应,制得了负载钛酸酯催化剂PVAC-1,研究了在其催化作用下,合成邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯(DOP)的反应时间、催化剂用量、反应温度和重复使用次数与转化率的关系。结果表明,该催化剂具有与烷基钛酸酯Ti(OBu)4相当的催化活性,在190-210℃下反应90min,催化剂用量为物料总质量的0.3%-0.5%时,转化率即可达到99.8%,重复使用5次后,转化率仍在96%以上,且该催化剂制备方法简单,易与产物分离。A stable polymer supported titanate PVAC-1 was synthesized by reacting titanium tetrachloride with polyvinyl alcohol in dimethyl sulfoxide and ethyl alcohol solutions. The relations between reaction time, amount of catalyst , reaction temperature, reuse times and conversion for the preparation of dioctyl phthalate (D0P)were studied . The results showed that the catalyst has the same catalytic activity as Ti (0Bu)4, and has a conversion of 99.8% under reaction temperature 190-210 ℃, reaction time 90 min, catalyst amount 0. 3%-0.5% of total raw materials, and remains a conversion over 96% after reusing 5 times. It is proved that the catalyst can be separated easily from products and can be recovered and reused.
