摘  要:研究了动态硫化IPP/IIR共混体的制备工艺、力学性能,以及IIR用量对IPP结晶性能的影响。结果表明,在180℃一般剪切条件下,动态硫化10min可制备出性能较好的IPP/IIR共混体,硫化15min后共混体有所降解。加入IIR会使IPP球晶尺寸大大减小,熔点与结晶度均降低。共混体冲击强度随IIR用量的增加而增加,但压缩永久变形减小,弹性变差。当IIR用量大于40份时共混体冲击强度增加迅速,超过50份后拉伸强度急剧下降。IIR用量为50份时,共混体拉伸强度为31.3MPa,缺口冲击强度为53.6kJ/m2,综合性能较好。The Preparation processing and mechanical properties of dynamically cured IPP/IIR blend and the effect of IIR dosage on the crystal property were studied. The results showed that the excellent IPP/IIR blend was prepared at 180℃, dynamically curing for 10 min and common shear stress,the blend would degrade when curing time was over 15 min. The IPP crystal dimension would decrease significantly by adding IIR,and the melting point and the crystall-inity dropped. The impact strength of the blend increased with the increase of IIR dosage, while the compression set decreased and the elasticity was bad. The impact strength would increase violently when IIR dosage was over 40 phr. The tensile strength was 31.3MPa,and the notch impact strength was 53.6 kJ/m^2 when IIR was 50 phr,and the blend had optimum comprehensive performance.
