摘　　要：目前,高校知识产权保护工作越来越重要,30%的学校知识产权有流失现象,特别是一些无形资产,流失情况更为严重。分析了流失原因,并提出了相应对策。At Present, the protection of the intellectual property rights of colleges and universities is of increasing improtance. About 30 % of the rights have been lost and more serious is the loss of some intangible assets. The thesis analyzes the causes and puts forward some appropriate measures to improve the situation.
