摘　　要：数字图书馆是未来图书馆发展的方向。介绍了数字图书馆的特点,指出了中小型院校在数字图书馆建设中存在的问题,并针对问题提出了相应的对策与建议。Digital library is a developing direction of library in the future. The article introduces tne cnaracteristics of digital library combining the developing direction of information of the times, indicates some problems existing in the digital library construction of the small and medium sized academy and puts forward countermeasures against it.
