摘  要:采用室内光照砂培盆栽培养试验,研究钙营养对东方百合生长和开花的影响。结果表明:在10月23日(出苗32 d)现蕾以前,缺钙处理与加钙处理对植株生长无显著差异;但从10月23日(出苗32 d)现蕾开始,2处理植株生长差异显著,缺钙处理植株同加钙处理的相比,表现为植株生长缓慢,花蕾脱落,植株矮小,开始出现叶烧现象,而后叶烧越来越严重。从11月22日(出苗62 d)蕾膨大开始,缺钙处理植株的根冠比显著高于加钙处理;植株生物量显著低于加钙处理。供应钙从10月23日(出苗32 d)现蕾开始,对百合生长是有利的,可以减少叶烧的发生,同时改善百合切花的品质。The effects of calcium on the growth and quality of oriental lily with sand quartz culture in the illuminational room were studied. The result showed that there was no significant difference for plant growth of oriental lily among - Ca treat ment(No Ca^2+ ) and adding Ca^2+, treatment before the flower bud appearance(32 days). However, after the flower bud appearance (32 days), significant effect of calcium on plant growth of oriental lily appeared, which mainly showed that plant height and fresh biomass for- Ca treatment were much lower than that of adding Ca2, . In the meantime, the oriental lily plant of - Ca treatment showed the leaf- bum phenomenon and no flower bud and flower were left while cutflower with Ca was harvested. So it' s reasonable that providing calcium from the flower bud appearance (32 days) is beneficial not only to the growth but also to the prevention of leaf bum and to the quality of cutflower.
