摘 要:对河北安新县南刘庄、北刘庄和白洋淀等3个自然生境下芦苇根际AM真菌空间分布和土壤成分测定分析,结果表明:芦苇能与AM真菌形成共生关系,AM真菌不同结构定殖和孢子密度与样地生态条件密切相关.泡囊定殖率和孢子密度在北刘庄最高,菌丝定殖率在南刘庄最高.采样深度对孢子密度有显著影响,在0~10 cm或20~30 cm土层出现最大孢子密度,40~50 cm土层孢子密度最低;AM真菌定殖率在20~30 cm或30~40 cm土层有最大值.孢子密度与泡囊、菌丝定殖率和总定殖率呈极显著正相关.孢子密度与土壤速效氮呈显著正相关.Spatial distributions of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi from the rhizosphere of Phragmites communis and its relativity to soil factors were investigated in three natural environments, such as Nanliuzhuang, Beiliuzhuang, and Baiyangdian of Anxin in Hebei province. The result showed that Phragmites communis can symbiosis with arbuscular mycorrhizal, and different sample sites signifi- cantly affected the colonization of different structure and spore density of AM fungi. The highest value of vesicular colonization and spore density were in Beiliuzhuang, and the highest hypha colonization was in Nardiuzhuang. Sampling depth of soil had a significant effect on spore density in three sites, the highest spore density existed in the 0-10 cm or 20-30 cm sections, the lowest spore density existed in the 40-50 cm sections;the highest percent colonization of AM fungi occurred at the 20-30 cm or 30-40 cm sectibns. Spore density was very significantly correlated with vesicular colonization, hypha colonization and total colonization. Spore density was also significantly correlated with soil available N.
