剖宫产术后应用镇痛泵镇痛效果的观察

摘　　要：目的观察自控镇痛对剖宫产术后镇痛效果以及患者恢复的影响。方法前瞻性观察自控镇痛110例及非自控镇痛67例选择性剖宫产患者的镇痛效果。结果自控镇痛对剖宫产术后6 h及24 h镇痛有效率分别为98%和94%,与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05);自控镇痛患者术后开奶时间较对照组提前(P<0.05);患者产后出血量、肠蠕动恢复时间及下床活动时间与对照组比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论自控镇痛用于剖宫产术后镇痛效果好,安全性高。Objective Observe the influence of using PCEA on the recovery of postoperative patient with eesearn section. Methods Observe the analgesic effect in advance of PCEA analgesia with 110 cases, and analgesic effect of non- PCEA analgesia for selective cesarean section 67 patients. Resuits PCEA analgesic effectiveness for cesarean section postoperative 6 hours and 24 hours respectively are 98% and 94%, the difference is remarkable（P〈0.05） while compares with comparison - group, and the analgesic effect surpasses that of comparison - group. Moreover, postoperative milking of PCEA analgesia patients were better than that of in the control group （P〈 0.05）. Patients＇ postpartum hemorrhage quantity, intestine movement recovery time, and activity time by getting out of bed, while compares with comparison-group, the difference does not have the distinctive significance（P 〉0.05）. Conclusion PCEA uses for cesarean section postoperative analgesia, has agood analgesic effects and highly safety.
