摘  要:以顺丁烯二酸酐和异辛醇为原料,用一种高活性的固体超强酸S O24-/SnO 2催化剂催化合成了顺丁烯二酸二异辛酯,研究了酯化反应的优化条件。当n(异辛醇):n(顺丁烯二酸酐)为2.8:1;催化剂用量为酐质量的1.0%时,反应时间120 min,反应温度145℃,顺丁烯二酸二异辛酯的收率达到98.7%。同时对用H2SO4和对甲苯磺酸催化该反应作了比较。In this paper a highly active solid superacid of sulfated tin oxide were prepared, and its catalytic action was investigated with that of the synthesis for di-2-ethylexyl maleate by maleic anhydride and isooctyl alcohol. The catalytic reaction conditions have been discussed. The yield of the ester could reach 98.7% under the amount of moler ratio of isooctyl alcohol to malcic anhydride 2.8:1. Time of reaction was 120 min and temperature was 145℃. Amount of catalyst was (for the reactant of malcic anhydride) 1.0%. At the same time, papers concerning H2SO4 and toluene-p-sulfonic acid catalysts have been compared with the relative high of catalytic activity, for SO4^2-/SnO2
