摘　　要：分析了塑料水嘴组合球芯内衬套带有多个嵌件的成型特点,设计了1副组合球芯内衬套注射模,并介绍了模具中的嵌件定位装置、模具抽芯机构及脱模机构。经生产验证,模具结构合理,具有一定的推广价值。The forming characteristic of the combined type neck bush of spherical core with multiinserts was analyzed and an injection mould was designed. The positioning device for inserts, core pulling and demolding mechanism were introduced. The mould practically proves to be feasible in structure and worth recommendation.
