摘　　要：应用挣值管理理论对基础设施项目实施阶段投资风险进行定量描述,应用灰色理论建立基础设施项目投资风险灰色预测模型,运用该模型可以对基础设施项目实施阶段的投资风险进行预测,为投资风险的预警提供依据。Applying the theory of earned value management, the implementation phase investment risk of infrastructure project is depicted quantificationally in this paper. Then, applying the theory of grey system, the grey prediction model of investment risk of infrastructure project is constructed. Using this model, the implementation phase investment risk of infrastructure project can be forecasted, and it provides basis for the investment risk early-warning.
