关于自然保护小区分类的初步研究

摘　　要：通过借鉴IUCN保护区分类方法,即以自然保护小区管理目标的配置或优先次序为标准,作为保护小区的一级分类系统,二级分类则参照我国现行保护区分类标准,即以保护小区的自然属性为分类标准。这样将我国保护小区分成5大类目15类别。因为不同类型保护小区的自养能力及受益对象范围的广度和深度都有差别,应根据这些因素确定其获取补偿或资助的优先等级,才能充分发挥其积极作用。By taking the IUCN Protected area categories as roference, the configuration or the priority of administration objects on nature small-protected-area was taken as the first classification criteria, and the classification System of Chinese present nature reserve, i.e. the nature characteristic of small-protected-area, was taken as the second classification criteria.The Chinese small-protected-area could be classified into 5 categories and 15 sub-categories.Because the self-supportive ability and beneficial objects＇ extent and degree of different categories of small- protected-area are quite different, it＇s should be taken as the basis of which owner having higher priority getting compensation or donation.And the small-protected-area could be brought into the best positive effects in this way.
