摘　　要：介绍了一种用于大坝及工程安全监测的智能型电容式位移传感器的设计原理、构成及开发中的主要技术问题,阐述了智能型电容式位移传感器的功能特点、主要技术性能指标,重点阐述了测量电路的设计技术、电容式传感器的测量方法、数据处理、通信接口及通信协议等。最后给出了实验数据并介绍了应用情况。The design principle, structure and key techniques of an intelligent capacitive sensor for displacement for dam and geotechnical monitoring are introduced. The functions and specifications of the sensor are expatiated, especially the design of the measuring circuit, the measuring method of the capacitive sensor, data processing, communication port and communication protocol. Finally, test results are presented and application of the sensor is introduced.
