摘　　要：在接收系统中，低噪声放大器有着至关重要的作用，它用来降低系统的噪声，提高接收机灵敏度，是接收系统的关键部件。本文主要讲述了低噪声放大器的技术指标及设计方法，介绍如何使用ADS软件进行低噪声放大器的设计、优化、仿真；并对设计中遇到的问题提出一点建议。The Low Noise Amplifier（LNA） plays an important role in receiving system. It＇s used to reduce system noise and improve the receiver＇ s sensitivity. It＇ s the key-part in receiving system. This article simply introduces the parameters of LNA and the design method. It also shows the design, optimization and simulation of the LNA with ADS, and gives some advice on solving the problems in the design.
