频率选择脉冲序列与反转恢复脉冲序列脂肪抑制效果对比研究

摘　　要：目的:研究频率选择脉冲序列与反转恢复脉冲序列对脂肪组织抑制的效果。方法:从41000例病人中选择使用频率选择抑制技术和反转恢复抑制技术的病人共1400例,其中头部300例,脊柱500例,腹部300例,盆腔300例,从对比度、信噪比,伪影、病灶显示效果及脂肪抑制效果5个方面,采取阅片形式进行对比。结果:1400例使用二类技术的病人进行统计分析,发现频率选择脂肪抑制技术得到好和差的例数少,中等效果的例数多,而反转恢复技术得到好的和差的例数较多,中等效果的较少。结论:频率选择脂肪抑制技术简单易行,得到一般效果的情况多,差效果的情况少,主要在于对磁场的均匀性有一定的要求;而反转恢复序列得到好的效果情况多,但差效果同样也较多一些,主要在于对TI的设置问题,是比较常用的脂肪抑制技术。Objective：To study the effects of the frequency selection pulse sequence and inversion recovery pulse sequence in the suppression of fatty tissue. Methods：1400 cases selected from 41000 cases were performed with frequency selection suppression technology or inversion recovery suppression technology for the suppression of fatty tissue,300 of them in forehead,500 in spinal column,300 in abdomen,300 in pelvic cavity. The effects of fat suppression was demonstrated from the contrast,slgnal to nois ratio,false shade and focal status,and compared by picture. Results：The statistical analysis showed that the good effect and bad effect of frequency selection fat suppression technology were few,the medium effect was major;but the good effect and bad effect of inversio recovery technology were major, the medium effect was few. Conclusion：Frequency selection fat suppression technology is easy and feasible,majority is common effect and the uniformity of magnetic field has a certain requirement. But the good effect of inversion recovery technology is major,the main question lies in the TI establishment,so it is a fat suppression technology most in use.
