内镜下氩离子凝固术治疗消化道息肉的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨内镜下氩离子凝固器(氩气刀)治疗消化道息肉的临床价值。方法:采用德国ERBE公司生产的APC型内镜专用氩离子凝固器对经病理证实的消化道息肉进行氩离子凝固术。结果:180例患者,共324例息肉,其中230枚扁平广基息肉经内镜下氩离子凝固术治疗,有94枚有蒂息肉在内镜圈套治疗时采用内镜下氩离子凝固器配合治疗,全部治愈。结论:内镜下氩离子凝固术治疗消化道息肉疗效确切、安全,具有较高的临床价值。Objectlve：To evaluate the values of the endoscopic argon plasma coagulation（APC） for gastrointestinal（Gl） polyps.Methods：The G1 polyps confirmed by pathology were coagulated by argon plasma generated by ERBE APC made in German ERBE Company. Results：A total of 324 polyps,including 230 nat and thin sessile polyps,94 peduneulated in 180 cases were all cured by APC. But 94 pedunculated polyps were treated by polypectomy with snare before APC for stump clearance.Conclusion ：Treatment of G1 polyps by APC is of assuredness, safety and satisfactory therapeutic efficacy.
