小剂量米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血50例

摘　　要：目的:分析连续小剂量米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法:将50例围绝经期功能性子宫出血患者每天口服米非司酮片12.5mg,连服3个月,并测定用药前后子宫大小、内膜厚度及月经恢复情况。结果:治疗前后子宫大小无明显差异;子宫内膜厚度差异有显著性(P<0.05);患者用药期间均停经。停药后有9例直接进入绝经期,36例平均42天恢复月经(其中17例月经正常,16例月经量少,稀发,3例4个月后功血复发)。结论:米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血疗效确切。Objective：To analyse the curative effect of continuous low-dose mifepristone in functional uterine bleeding in perimenopausal period.Methods：50 cases of functional uterine bleeding in peri-menopausal period were treated with mifepristone 12.5 mg oraly every day for three months,and the size of uterus,the thickness of endometrium and the recovery＇ of menses were measured before and after administration.Results：There was no significant difference in the size of uterus before and after treatment（P〉0.05）,but there was significant difference in the thickness of eadomerium （P〉0.05）.All of patients had nenolipsis during medication period,9 patients entered menopause directly after drug withdrawal,36 patients revived menses after 42 days averagely （17 patients were eumenorrhea,16 patients＇ menstrual bleeding volumes were few and oligotrichia,and 4 patients had functional wterine bleeding reeurred）.Conclusion：Mffepristone could inhibit the growth of endometrium,promote menopause,retify anemia,enhance physical capacity,and has exact curative effect for functional uterine bleeding in perimenopausal period.
