59例骶管内蛛网膜囊肿的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨骶管内蛛网膜囊肿的诊断及治疗措施。方法:对59例骶管内蛛网膜囊肿患者进行回顾性分析。结果:本组59例患者行椎板减压后分别选用相应的手术方法治疗,术后病理检查均证实为骶管内蛛网膜囊肿。结论:骶管内蛛网膜囊肿的MRI表现较具有特征性,MRI可对其作出正确诊断,并指导手术是治疗骶管内蛛网膜囊肿的有效方法。Objective：To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of arachnoid cyst in the sacral canal.Methods：From December 1989 to March 2005fifty-nine patients with arachnoid cyst in the sacral canal were treated and the data was analyzed retrospectively.Results： Afterdecompression laminectomy of the sacral canal,the araehnoid cysts were treated with their corresponding operations,post-operative pathologies of 59 eases were araehnoid cysts in the sacral eanal.Conclusion：Arachnoid cyst possesses characteristic Mill,the correct diagnosis could be make with MRI.Also we put it by way of guidance operations.Operations substantiated were the effective treatment of araehnoid cyst in the sacral canal.
