保定市的土地优化利用与城市发展

摘　　要：城市的发展应立足于现状并结合其特色,在考虑社会发展趋势的基础上,加强土地的集约利用,实现土地效用的最大化。本文针对保定的旧城区、新城区以及城乡结合部的土地利用提出了一些建议,通过对土地进行合理的规划利用,实现保定市城市发展的多目标性。The development of cities should be based on their current situations and combined with their characteristics. Considering the trend of social development, the maximization of land utility should be realized by strengthening land utilization. Some suggestions on land utilization in old city area, new city area and the combination area of city and country in Baoding are put forward in this paper. The muhitarget development of Baoding should he realized by the reasonable programming and utilizing land reasonably.
