长春市水资源可持续利用的生态经济管理策略与模式

摘　　要：本文分析了长春市水资源的主要问题,并采用AHP方法研究了长春市的水资源持续利用的生态经济管理策略。认为管理机构不完善,污水处理回用率低,水资源短缺是长春市的水资源持续利用的主要限制因素,而建立统一权威的机构、兴建污水处理厂、对污水集中处理回用、完善现有的引水工程、挖掘供水潜力等是主要的解决手段,并建立了长春市水资源的持续利用模式。The main problems of water resources in Changehun city are analyzed in this paper, the eco-economy management strategy of sustainable utilization of the water resources is studied by AHP method as well. The imperfect management institution, the water pollution, and the shortage of water limit the development of economy. The way to get eco-economy target is to improve the management institution, build factory to clean the polluted water, and use proper water value. Finally, the sustainable utilization mode of water resources in Changchun is put forward.
