对内蒙古阿尔山地区旅游资源开发的几点认识

摘　　要：位于中蒙边境的阿尔山地区有着独特的自然资源和多样的民俗文化。应在保护的前提下进行旅游资源开发,通过发展生态农业和畜牧业等方式保护当地自然资源;重视当地居民的意见,让居民积极参与到当地旅游业发展的决策中。另外,根据镇与镇、市与市之间的不同特点进行功能分区,加强区域合作,最终达到保护资源和发展旅游经济的双重目标,实现人与自然的和谐发展。Arxan, which lies on the border of China and Mongolia, has many particular nature resources and various cultures of different nations. At the precondition of protecting the environment, the authors advise to develop eeoagriculture and eco-stock-raising, pay attention to the opinions of local people and encourage them to involve in the decision-making of the local tourism industry. Besides, according to different characters of towns and cities, the region should be divided into different function areas in cooperation of tour-regions. Consequently, the dual-objects of protecting environment and developing tour-economic and the harmony between human and the nature can be achieved.
