浅析乌鲁木齐市主要城市功能定位

摘　　要：本文运用多元线性模型和计算贡献率的方法,认为乌鲁木齐市第三产业与GDP的相关性最强,对GDP贡献率最大且呈上升趋势,是要重点发展的优势产业;运用多元线性回归模型的方法说明批发零售贸易餐饮(商贸)对第三产业具有很强的带动作用;通过社会消费品零售总额对GDP的相关性分析,说明乌鲁木齐消费品市场繁荣活跃,消费水平不断升级,为经济发展起到积极推动作用;运用专门化指数(区位熵)说明乌鲁木齐市的第三产业是具有全自治区意义的专门化产业,其商贸是具有全自治区意义的专门化行业;最后通过对新疆的地缘优势及与周边国家和地区的经济互补的分析,提出乌鲁木齐这一国际商贸城的主要城市功能。Using and structuring the multivariate linear method and using the method of calculating contribution rate, this paper gets a conclusion that the tertiary industry of Urumqi oCcupies the important position in the economic development and is an advantageous industry. Using the same model, it~ easy to know that wholesale and retail trade and catering trade have the very strong impetus function to the tertiary industry. By analyzing the dependence of GDP and total retail sales, this paper concludes that the consumer goods market of Urumqi is prosperous and active, the level of consumption is being upgraded, and using specialized index （position entropy） shows the tertiary industry and wholesale and retail trade have the important significance in the entire autonomous region. By analyzing the advantage of position and complementary economy of countries and regions, this paper tries to explain international trade and business city of Urumqi.
