摘　　要：目的检测原发性干燥综合征(pSS)患者血清中B淋巴细胞刺激因子(Blys)的表达水平,探讨其与pSS患者临床检测指标之间的关系及其在pSS发病中的作用。方法用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法检测pSS患者血清中Blys的水平,并与患者的临床检测指标进行相关分析。结果pSS患者血清Blys水平为6．24ng/ml,而正常对照组仅为2．41ng/ml,两组间差异有统计学意义。另外,血清中Blys的水平与IgG的浓度及血沉有明显的相关性。结论pSS患者血清Blys的水平显著高于正常对照组,并与IgG的浓度及血沉相关。提示Blys可能通过激活特定的自身反应性B淋巴细胞,参与pSS的发病过程。Objective To detect serum Blys level in primary Sjoegren＇s syndrome （pSS） patients and to investigate its clinical significance. Methods The level of serum Blys was detected by ELISA method and compared with healthy control subjects, the relationship between serum Blys level and several clinical items in pSS patients were also analyzed. Results The median serum Blys level was 6.24 ng/ml in pSS patients vs 2.41 ng/ml in healthy control subjects （P〈0.05）. There were strong correlations between serum Blys level and IgG level （r=0.548, P〈0.05） and ESR level （r=0.613, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The level of serum Blys level in pSS patients is higher than that in healthy control subjects, and correlates with the level of IgG and ESR. Thus Blys may play a role in the pathogenesis of pSS by activating specific autoreactive B lymphocytes.
