摘　　要：湘鄂渝黔边是一个在自然环境和社会发展特征方面都具有较强同一性的相对完整和独立的地理单元,然而,由于行政界限的分割,导致地方保护和市场分割现象严重,造成地方经济追求“大而全”、“小而全”,给边区整体经济发展带来消极影响。为此,应积极消除障碍,建设边区统一市场。The border region of Hunan, Hubei, integrated and free-standing in natural environment and Chongqing and Guizhou is a geographical unit with relative characteristics of social development. But, as the division by administrative boundary, there are serious regional protectionism and market segmentation. This results in local economies chasing ＂large and all-inclusive＂, ＂small and all-inclusive＂, which have brought negative effects to economic development of the region. This paper starts with the theory background of constructing a unified market in the border region, analyzes its obstacles, damages and formation. And then proposes some concrete measures.
