摘　　要：数字图书馆是将图书、文献资料数字化后通过互联网成为网上资源,为全球提供服务,成为全球性的虚拟图书馆。数字图书馆建设中所涉及的有关知识产权问题只要具备“独创性”和“可复制性”这两个实质要件的,即可以成为《著作权法》保护的客体。The digital library is a worldwide virtual library,which digitalizes books and documents and supplies the sources through internet. The unique creation characteristic and the characteristie of being copied are the two essential factors in the problems of the intellectual properly right in building libraries.
