摘　　要：护理管理是医院管理的重要组成部分。随着社会的变革、医学模式的转换以及人们对自身健康水平要求的提高,护理管理也面临着空前的挑战,因此,必须通过各级护理管理者的共同努力来适应现代医院的要求。结合工作实际,就手术室护理管理的几个要素分别进行论述。Nursing Management is an important composition of hospital management, and indicates the level of hospital management in a certain extent. Along with the social development, the medical pattern changes and the demand of the level of personal health increas, nursing management is facing with a great challenge. Therefore, efforts from administrators on nursing in different levels will be needed to corresponding to the demands of modern hospitals. With the data from our hospital, we will discuss the nursing management of operation room.
