人发中Ca和Zn元素的测试分析

摘　　要：用源激发Ｘ射线荧光分析法（ＸＲＦ）测定了Ａ组学生（成绩优良者）和Ｂ组学生（成绩一般者）头发中Ｚｎ的含量，其结果表明，Ａ组学生Ｚｎ的含量显著高于Ｂ组，这说明Ｚｎ元素对神经系统的发育有一定影响．用同样的方法又测定了Ｃ组学生（男性学生）和Ｄ组学生（女性学生）头发中Ｃａ的含量，结果表明，Ｃ组学生Ｃａ的含量显著低于Ｄ组，这说明男性和女性对Ｃａ的需求明显不同．以上结果与现代医学理论相一致．The contents of Zn and Ca in hair of 120 Students have been determined byXRF. It was found that the Zn level in hair of excellent students was significantly higherthan that of average students and the Ca level in hair of female students was significantlyhigher than that of male students. The results of the test and analysis were consistant withthat in the theory of modern medical science.
