高频电灼术联合抗生素凝胶灌注治疗泪道阻塞

摘　　要：目的观察高频电灼术联合抗生素凝胶灌注治疗泪道不同部位阻塞的效果。方法将338例420只眼的各种泪道阻塞分5组应用不同功率的高频电进行治疗。术后用抗生素加激素冲洗联合迪可罗眼膏灌注。随访观察3个月至2年。结果泪小点阻塞52例,治愈率96.2%、有效率98.1%;泪小管阻塞122例,治愈率90.2%、有效率96.7%。鼻泪管阻塞102例,治愈率90.2%,有效率98.0%。慢性泪囊炎68例,治愈率91.2%、有效率97.1%;两处以上复合阻塞76例,治愈率92.1%,有效率94.7%;总治愈率91.4%、总有效率96.9%。结论不同能量的高频电烧灼术联合抗生素凝胶灌注治疗不同部位的泪道阻塞获得了满意的治疗效果。不同部位的治疗效果无显著差异。Objective To study the therapeutic effects of high frequency electric cauterization combined with perfusion of antibiotic gel on obstructive diseases of the lacrimal passage. Methods 420 eyes in 338 cases with obstructive diseases of lacrimal passage were classified five groups, including obstruction of lacrimal puncta only （52 eyes）, lacrimal duct only （122 eyes）, nasolacrimal duct only （102 eyes）,chronic dacryocystitis （68 eyes）,and more than two obstructive positions （76 eyes）,were treated by different power high-frequency electric cautery combined with perfusion of antibiotic gel-All were followed up for 3-24 months and the therapeutic effects were compared among the groups. Results The cure rates and effecive rates of the five diseases were 96.2%and 98.1% ,90.2% and 96.7 % ,90.2% and 98.0% ,91.2% and 97.1%, 92.1% and 94.7 %, respectively.x^2 test, x^2=1.4459, P=0.9192, P1.15〉0.05. Conclusions Different power high frequency electric cauterization combined with perfusion of antibiotic gel can get a satisfied effect on the treatment of the human lacrimal passage obstruction .There is no remarkable difference in five groups on cure effect.
