摘  要:研究了炭黑填充聚丙烯(PP)导电复合材料的性能以及增韧剂对其性能的影响。结果表明:PP导电复合材料具有明显的渗滤效应,当炭黑质量分数为8%时,复合材料有较好的导电性能。热塑性聚烯烃弹性体(POE)的加入,对复合材料的导电性能影响不大,其用量控制在一定范围内,可使PP导电复合材料综合性能得到较好的改善。The property of PP/carbon black conductive composite and the effect of toughener POE on the property of the composite were studied. The results showed that the composite exhibited clear percolation threshold effect and the composite had preferable conductive property when the mass percentage of carbon black was 8 % in the composite. The addition of POE had little effect on the electrical conductivity of the composite, and when the content of POE was within a certain limit, the overall property of the composite could be effectively improved.
