摘  要:讨论了精密数控机床在相对激振试验时的理论模型,确定了伪随机相对激振测试加工中心主轴系统动态特性的试验方案与测试系统,给出了激振器的安装位置,精确地测出70个点的响应,获得了反映加工中心主轴系统动态特性的各阶模态参数与图表,建立了整个主轴系统的动力学模型,据此对其试验结果进行了分析并对该结构的修改提出了相应建议,为后续试验提供了依据,并为主轴系统的动态优化设计奠定了良好基础。The theoretical model ol precise NC machine was discussed about relahve excitation experiment. The experimental scheme and system of fault random relative excitation measure and experiment was confirmed for dynamical characteristics of spindle system of machining center. The fixing position of the excitation was given out. The responses of 70 dots were measured precisely. The experiment obtained all grade modes, figures and charts, which reflect the dynamical characteristics of the spindle system of the machining center. The dynamical model of the whole spindle system was constructed. According to the analysis of the results, some suggests for the structure modification were put forward.
